A Better Way to Frame

The Simple Shell is our core building system and represents the future of panelized construction. The panels are comprised of wood studs, engineered wood, trusses, joists, windows, and exterior sheathing with an integral weather barrier, all coordinated with 3D models to ensure accuracy, minimize waste, and save time. To bring the Simple Shell to life, components are assembled into a series of flat panels in the factory, up to 10' tall and 42' long. Completed panels are loaded onto a truck, delivered to the site and installed with a crane. Skilled framers install the final attachment hardware and fasteners between each panel and the foundation. Finally, joints between panels are sealed which completes the Simple Shell - a weather protected building envelope ready to receive exterior and interior work.
